When synchronization completes, 1st Atomic Time will show you results of synchronization: your computer's current time, difference between computer's time and atomic time and suggested new correct time. You can press Accept to adjust your clock to the new time or press Cancel to abandon synchronization results.

As you see, the whole process is very simple!
